Pastor Carl came to First Baptist in August of 2005.  His passion is helping people grow in their relationship with God and others in the Body of Christ.  He has 25 yeras of ministry experience.  He has served as a minister of music, youth and as senior pastor.  He has two terrific sons: Richard and Jonathan.

Phil joined the staff here in November of 2009.  He recently graduated from a Bible college in Kansas City, Missouri.  He loves learning and teaching God's Word.  He is always studying.  His passion is to help people grow in their relationship with Chirst.  Phil leads our middle school and senior high youth programs.

Sarah joined the staff here in May of 2011.  She has a degree in Elementary Education form the University of Kansas and has taught at three different schools.  She worked as the Children's Ministry Director at a local Paola church for 8 years.  Sarah grew up in Paola.  She and her husband, Ron have three terrific children: Jennifer, Matthew and Marissa.
